Q：Why did you decide to join Nippon Sanso ATI?
I applied for Nippon Sanso ATI because I had always liked manufacturing and was interested in what the semiconductor industry was all about.
Q：What do you find rewarding about your job?
It is very rewarding when a product that I have designed is completed and works well. There is a sense of achievement that only design can provide.
Q：How is the environment and atmosphere of the company?
The office has a very good atmosphere, and we can express our opinions and ideas. Sometimes we go out for darts or dinner after work, and we all get along very well.
Q：What were your impressions of the company before joining, and what are they now?
Before I joined the company, I was a novice when it comes to design, so I was very anxious. But senior staffs taught me kindly and carefully, and now I enjoy my job.
Q：Can you tell us about a time when something really went wrong, and how you dealt with it?
There was a mistake due to lack of confirmation, resulting in a designed item that could not be installed because its shape did not match. I think that I have acquired the ability to flexibly respond and to think about how best to do things with what we have now.
